KITCHEN ASSISTANT:
: -
Ensure the standard of procedure of kitchen are followed while making the products.
Preparing meal ingredients for the Cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
Assisting kitchen staff to unload food supplies from delivery trucks
Properly washing and drying all dishes, utensils, cooking instruments and cutting boards.
Packing take-out orders as needed.
Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.
Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
Neatly putting away all utensils, cooking instruments, dishes, and cutting boards in their respective places.
Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Work Requirement: -
Minimum PMR/PT3/SPM certificate.
Proven experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A food handler's license.
The ability to safely use kitchen equipment and appliances.
Sound knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Able to communicate in Malay and English, or Mandarin.
Able to start immediately.
COMMIS CHEF:
:-
Takes care of daily food preparation to meet the standard and the quality set by the Restaurant.
Give attention productivity of the kitchen such as speed and food quality.
Keep kitchen clean and sanitary, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Operate and maintain all department equipment and report any problems.
Guides and trains the subordinates on a daily basis to ensure high motivation and economical working environment.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Work Requirement: -
At least
3 year(s)
of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, tools and processes.
Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies of kitchen.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Possess own transportation and willing to travel to other outlets if required.
Able to start immediately.
