Responsibilities

WA Kitchen (HALAL CERTIFIED) is looking for a Passionate Kitchen Chef (Japanese Cuisine) to join us on board!

To ensure day-to-day operations and food preparation are carried out smoothly in accordance with the company SOP.
To assist in the review & kitchen workflow in order to optimize productivity level.
Assist the senior Chef in managing all stock inventories.
Maintaining the highest standard of food & hygiene quality and cleanliness
Responsible for assisting service operations to deliver products effectively.
Check the maintenance of all equipment located in or used in the outlet and report to the immediate superior.
