Requirements

• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to communicate menu terms; ability to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia is also welcomed.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attitude, proactive, and a high level of responsibility.
• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• No prior experience required as full training will be provided (F&B experience is an advantage).

Working Hours: Must be willing to work on rotational shifts.

• Morning Shift: e.g., 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• Closing Shift: e.g., 12:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Accurately take orders and process payments using the POS system.
• Assist in the preparation of authentic Taiwanese breakfast items and specialty beverages.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in both the dining area and kitchen.
• Perform multitasking duties between front-of-house and back-of-house during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
