Requirements

• Fresh graduate are welcome / Candidates without experience are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Interest in cooking area or kitchen management.
• Able to start work early
• Hardworking and Punctual
• 6 days work shift
• Has good knowledge of the food preparation.
• A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• Highly committed and able to suggest ideas for new menu items.
• Hardworking and able to perform under pressure.
• Able to work on weekend.
• Working hours : Monday to Friday: 5am - 4.00pm (1.5 hours break), Alternate Sunday: 7am - 4pm (1 hour break)

Responsibilities

• Assisting chef to do prepare cuisine
• Maintain the hygiene standard
• Do packaging according to SOP
