MohonKelayakanAs a Kitchen Crew cum Admin member at Mamasab International Sdn Bhd, you will play a dual role that involves assisting in kitchen operations and performing administrative tasks. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about food and have strong organizational skills. You will help maintain a smooth workflow in the kitchen while ensuring that administrative duties are managed efficiently.TanggungjawabKitchen Operations:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, food supplies, and kitchen expenses.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing time sheets.
• Handle customer inquiries and feedback, providing excellent service.
• Support management in daily administrative tasks, including report generation.

Qualifications

• High school, diploma or equivalent; culinary experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills for administrative tasks (MS Office, etc.).
• Knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
