Prepare and cook a variety of food items according to standardized recipes, including (but not limited to) meats, vegetables, sauces, and side dishes.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, following all company procedures and safety protocols.
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area throughout your shift.
Portion and package prepared foods according to specifications.
Assist with labeling and rotating stock to ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
Follow food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and ensure all food is handled properly.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to a supervisor immediately.
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
