The Kitchen Crew is responsible for preparing a variety of dishes. Production Kitchens are responsible for the receiving, storing, organizing, distributing food and supply items. Preparation of daily mise en place. He/ She is expected to observe health and safety standards for all food, and equipment; make requisitions for food supplies; and ensure that food items are properly stored.
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, cook and present food effectively and efficiently, meeting the company operations manual and gold standards.
Assist in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food.
Maintain good knowledge on standard food preparation through training by immediate superior/ manual provided by the company
Execute any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Food preparation or/and cooking
At least a technical certificate in Culinary Art/ F&B or any related fields
At least 1-2 years of experience working in kitchen as a cook or/& food preparation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
