As a

Kitchen Crew

, you play a key role behind the scenes, ensuring that every dish leaving the kitchen is of the highest quality. You will prepare ingredients, assist chefs, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth kitchen operations -- all while contributing to a positive and energetic work environment.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations:

Assisting with opening and closing tasks, handling ad-hoc duties, and ensuring everything runs efficiently during peak hours

Cooking Assistance:

Support chefs with cooking tasks, assembling dishes, and ensuring every plate meets quality standards.

Kitchen Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, countertops, utensils, and storage areas.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Follow food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper handling of raw ingredients.

Inventory & Stock Management:

Check stock levels, store ingredients correctly, rotate stock, and notify supervisors of shortages.

Team Collaboration:

Support chefs and fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak hours.

Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification Must have typhoid vaccination and a valid food handling certification Passionate about food preparation, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior F&B or kitchen experience is a plus, but training will be provided. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
