We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking

Kitchen Helper / Assistant Cook

to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with basic food preparation, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and support the kitchen staff in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist cooks and chefs with food preparation Wash, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits Clean and sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment Load/unload dishwashers or wash dishes by hand Take out trash and maintain overall kitchen hygiene Stock supplies and organize storage areas Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

Previous kitchen or food service experience is an asset but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene Able to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights Team player with good communication skills Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
