What you'll be doing
Assisting the Head Chef and Sushi Chef in the preparation and plating of exquisite Japanese dishes
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
Ensuring all food preparation and cooking techniques adhere to the highest quality and safety standards
Collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery
Continuously learning and developing your culinary skills to enhance the dining experience
What we're looking for
Relevant experience in a Japanese fine dining or high-end restaurant kitchen is preferred
Attention to detail in food preparation
A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Malaysian citizen only
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
