To ensure that all dishes are being prepared to the correct recipe and to the correct quantity.
To ensure that all dishes reach the hot plate or passe correctly garnished, the correct
portion and size, presented on the correct serving dish in the prescribed manner.
To ensure that his section being kept clean and tidy all times.
To ensure that all staff under his control are treated fairly and with courtesy.
To ensure all that all stock is kept under optimum conditions.
To ensure any anticipated shortages are communicated promptly to the sous chef or head chef.
Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
Requirement :
Minimum of SPM.
Able to communicate in Malay / English.
Willing to work weekends & selected public holidays.
Able to work on shift and long hour.
Able to do multitask
Able to work under pressure.
Reliable and predictable attendance.
Enthusiastic, courteous, helpful to colleagues &guests
Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
