Properly dresses in clean uniform with apron and cap.
Ensure the cleanliness of the kitchen and cafeteria.
Prepare sandwiches, drinks, fuits and etc.
Proper washing and storing of crockery and cooking utensils.
Prepare breakfast and tea for patients.
Send up meal trays and bring back to the kitchen.
Assist in washing and cutting vegetables, meats and etc.
To to clear away the garbage and send to the rubbish disposal area.
Clean fridge and freezer weekly.
Do high dusting weekly and wipe all the furniture on Saturday afternoon.
Participate in and contribute towards quality improvement initiatives / programs / action conducted at the department or Hospital level as assigned.
Perform other related duties as may be assigned or delegated by the Supervisor or any other person as directed from time to time.
