Pastry Preparation & Production:
1)Assist in preparing pastries, cakes, cookies, breads, and dessert components.
2)Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards set by the Pastry Chef.
3)Support the creation of seasonal or special menu items as directed.
Kitchen Operations:
1)Set up and stock workstation with necessary ingredients and equipment.
2)Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section at all times.
3)Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, rotating stock, and minimizing waste.
4)Operate pastry equipment safely (mixers, ovens, piping tools, etc.).
Quality & Food Safety:
1)Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards consistently.
2)Ensure freshness and proper storage of ingredients.
3)Conduct basic quality checks on products before service.
Team Collaboration:
1)Work closely with the Pastry Chef and senior team members.
2)Communicate effectively and support teammates during busy periods.
3)Take direction well and show willingness to learn new techniques.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
