Assist in basic food preparation such as washing, cutting, and arranging ingredients.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Ensure proper storage of raw and cooked food according to hygiene standards.
Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Support cooks and chefs during meal preparation and service.
Receive and organize food deliveries and supplies.
Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or chef.
Requirements
Male candidates are preferred.
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Experience working in a kitchen or food production environment is an added advantage.
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced, hot environment.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
