Responsible for daily kitchen operations and staff management.
Candidates with experience in kitchen operations and management in the F&B industry are preferred.
Assist in food preparation, cutting, ingredient preparation, and maintaining cleanliness.
Supervise subordinates (cooks, kitchen assistants, dishwashers).
Handle ingredient ordering and inventory management.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen.
Coordinate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth food service.
Must be able to read, listen, and write in Mandarin.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
