Job Requirements:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, manage scheduling, and ensure high performance and discipline.
  • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation according to restaurant standards.
  • Plan and manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimise wastage and cost.
  • Ensure kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Work closely with management on menu planning, costing, and kitchen SOPs.
  • Train and develop kitchen team members to improve performance and consistency.
Tanggungjawab
  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager, Kitchen Manager, or Head Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and cost control.
  • Hands-on leadership with the ability to guide and motivate a kitchen team.
  • Skilled in food preparation and presentation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts as needed.
