Salary: Up to MYR 4,500 Per Month

Location: KL City, WP Kuala Lumpur

Requirements:

Possess a Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen operations, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role within a high-volume culinary establishment.

Deep knowledge of kitchen management principles, including menu planning, food preparation techniques, and operational workflow.

Strong skills in inventory management, ordering processes, and cost control procedures.

Thorough understanding of food safety standards and health regulations, maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.

Ability to implement rigorous quality control measures.

Capable of developing and delivering staff training programs.

Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient task execution.

Implement an effective inventory control system to minimize waste and maximize cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.

Conduct regular quality checks on food preparation and presentation.

Mentor and develop kitchen staff, providing guidance and support.

Monitor and control kitchen costs, identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborate with the management team on menu planning, promotions, and special events.
