Medic Venture Global Sdn. Bhd. is a company involved in the food and beverage industry, specifically through its restaurant brand, Nasi Kukus Rimba. This restaurant specializes in serving traditional Malaysian cuisine, with a focus on "nasi kukus," a popular dish featuring steamed rice accompanied by various flavorful side dishes and sauces. Nasi Kukus Rimba aims to provide an authentic and satisfying dining experience, emphasizing quality ingredients and traditional cooking methods to offer customers a taste of local culinary heritage.

Ensure all dishes, workstations, cooking tools, and food storage spaces are cleaned in compliance with food safety standards. Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, shredding, and grating them for the chef's use. Sweep and mop floors as needed. Help with unloading deliveries. Store ingredients following proper food safety guidelines. Assist in tracking and managing inventory. Report any broken or damaged equipment to the kitchen manager. Package leftover food for customers upon request. Regularly clean trash bins and dispose of waste.

Qualifications:

Diploma/Advanced Diploma or any higher qualification related to the field
