Requirements

• Education Background: Not required
• Experience 2 years working in the food and beverage industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holiday.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for food preparation.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, quantity temperature and presentation of each food served.
• Quick in food preparation and able to cope with fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Ensure freshness of food ingredients and raw materials, keeping track of FIFO.
• Ensure minimum wastage in food preparation and washer duty.
• Maintaining the kitchen equipment / utensils at utmost cleanliness and hygiene.
• Any other duties as and when being assigned by manager
