Administrative Support:

Perform computer-based tasks like data entry and document management.
- Use

Autocount to check inventory, handle phone calls, manage orders.
- Issue invoices, payment vouchers and enter purchase data.
- Ensuring all invoices are accurate, and resolving billing errors.
- Prepare and organize all invoices and purchase invoices accurately.

Hardworking, disciplined, responsible and independently. Fast learner and able to adapt quickly to constant changes in operational processes. Strong planning and organization skills to prioritize work and follow up with deadlines.

Job Requirements



Salary

: Based on experience and qualifications.

Preferred Skills

: Basic accounting knowledge / Experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount) is preferred.

Age

: 21+ years.

Hours

: 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM (Monday to Friday) ; 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Saturday).

Education

: Minimum SPM with basic English and Math.

Probation

: 3 months.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
