Job Description
Job Scope: * Provide exceptional customer service to guests dining at the 5-star hotel restaurant, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus, providing recommendations and answering any questions about menu items.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special dietary needs or preferences are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to the hotel\'s service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Anticipate guests\' needs throughout the meal service, proactively offering refills, condiments, or additional items, and promptly addressing any concerns or requests.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage items, including menu descriptions, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the demands of the hotel\'s dining operation.
