Identify and recruit suitable KOLs and KOCs across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach to execution and reporting
Maintain strong relationships with existing content creators
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize future campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, sales) to align messaging and branding
Manage contracts, payments and timelines for influencer collaborations
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor's degree student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or related field
Strong written and spoken English & Malay (Proficiency in additional languages is a plus)
Familiarity with social media platforms (IG, FB, TikTok, Threads)
Creative, proactive and willing to learn in a fast-paced startup environment
Team player with good time management skills
Prior experience in content creation, Canva or influencer marketing is an added advantage
Knowledge of social media platforms and influencer trends
Experience in influencer marketing or talent management is a plus
Highly organized with attention to detail and time management
