Job Description

This role is responsible to me the key contact person between the KL Shared Services Finance team and local finance team in Korea / Vietnam. You are required to execute month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities for Korea market.

• Being the main contact person for Shared Services KL Finance teams for issue resolution for all financial matters
• Perform analytical review of profit and loss accounts and balance sheet, accountable for the financial accuracy
• Review monthly balance sheet reconciliation
• Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable - review and approve manual billings, AP related activities i.e. vendor invoices, payment, etc
• Take care of all treasury matters such as credit facilities, payment request, banking matters

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in General Ledger (GL), Record to Report (RTR), and/or other related accounting function
• At least a university degree in finance, accounting or equivalent. Certified Professional Accountant is a plus
• Ability to speak, read and write in Korean / Vietnamese is a must as this role requires to support stakeholders in Korea / Vietnam.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of different accounting functions and understanding of ERP system.
• Open for candidates who are currently based in Korea / Vietnam, relocation package will be provided.
