COMPANY OVERVIEW
A multinational manufacturing company located in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a skilled and experience candidate with high proficiency in business level Korean language. The successful candidate will play a key role in interpreting Korean-English during meeting and presentation, document translation as well as any ad hoc task that required interpretation.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESOffer a wide range of translation and transcription services in Korean, English, and Bahasa Malaysia for the Business Group (Proficiency in Mandarin would be advantageous).Accompany the Director on business trips in Malaysia to assist with communication with local branch managers and associates during meetings and conferences.Ensure translations and transcripts are delivered accurately and promptly.Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum proficiency level of TOPIK 4 or 5 in Korean required.
- Contract duration of 6 months with potential for renewal or conversion to permanent employment.
- Preferably 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, particularly in interpretation.
- Business insight and acumen are critical for organizational understanding.
- Proficiency in planning and data analysis is important.
- To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Malaysia are required. Candidates who require work pass need not apply.
