Job Description
Position : Korean TranslatorCompany : SustioJob Location : Batu KawanJob Summary:Responsible to interpret written or spoken material into one or more other languages (Korean to English and Bahasa Malaysia or Vice versa) ensures meaning, context and technical wording are maintained.Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret or translate verbal and written communications between Korean, English and Bahasa Malaysia languages for in-house staff.
- Provide consecutive or simultaneous interpretation between the languages in the meetings such as phone/web conference, in-house staff meeting, etc.
- Translate technical documentation and other documents, including forms, SOP, email etc. between the aforementioned languages.
- Responsible to proof-read, edit and revise translated materials.
- Provide administrative supports to the project teams.
- Any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned from time to time by the Management.
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Korean Language or any field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experiences as Korean translator.
- Minimum of Level 4 Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK).
- Fluent in verbal and written communication skills in Korean are required.
- Experienced working in construction or manufacturing will be an added advantage.
