Fluent in Korean (spoken and understanding) and English (spoken & written).
1-2 years of experience in customer service or admin roles.
Basic IT knowledge preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and organizational skills.

Coordinate with the technical team to resolve customer issues. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and problem resolution.Administrative Tasks: Manage office tasks like scheduling, filing, and report preparation. Assist in organizing meetings and maintaining client documentation. Support sales and technical teams with paperwork and data entry.Translation & Communication: Translate documents and emails between Korean and English.
