Assist in the formulation of annual strategic goal decomposition, and promote the implementation of business policies of overseas companies; 3. Fully responsible for the recruitment of financial technology, and establish a core team to support business development; 4. Responsible for local HR team building and HR knowledge training of overseas companies, formulate systems, policies and procedures according to headquarters policies and local laws and regulations and implement them. job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, Mandari can be used as working language (required); 2. About 3 years of overseas human resources work experience; 3.Frequent business trips to Indonesia are required.
