About the job (Kuching) Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- \xef\xbb\xbfTo achieve Bancassurance goals and financial targets
- To formulate sales strategies to increase productivity and activity ratio of business partners
- To analyze and monitor the execution of sales activities and action plans
- To provide end-to-end support and guidance to sales team to achieve targets
- To train, coach and motivate sales team in sales presentation, negotiation skill and objection
partners * To support internal and external stakeholders in achieving targets
- To attend joint appointment with sales team, as and when required
- Any other duties as and when deemed necessary
- \xef\xbb\xbfCandidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Preferably candidate with 5 years of relevant working experience in life insurance industry with sales experience
- Highly results oriented
- Possess own transport and must be willing to travel
Mon - Sun (5 working days) | 8am - 5pm
