As a

Supply Chain / Logictics / Warehouse & Fulfilment Intern

at KueMue, you'll be immersed in real-world operations that drive a fast-growing consumer hardware startup. This internship offers hands-on learning in logistics, supply chain strategy, inventory control, and order fulfilment systems. You'll work directly with our operations team to optimize backend processes that impact customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Learn and assist in end-to-end fulfilment operations, from order management to last-mile delivery. Support real-time inventory planning, stock audits, and demand forecasting activities. Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in operations. Use warehouse and inventory systems to monitor stock levels, update records, and generate reports. Participate in vendor coordination, supply chain planning, and logistics scheduling. Contribute to strategic discussions on warehouse layout, SOP improvements, and fulfilment speed. Gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration between operations, customer service, and product teams.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree student in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field Strong problem-solving mindset with a curiosity for systems and operational workflows Good organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a dynamic, startup environment Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; Bonus if familiar with WMS/inventory systems Willingness to observe and engage in hands-on operations as part of the learning process
