About Our Client



Our client is a professional services firm based in the UK, specializing in company formation, virtual office solutions, and accounting & tax services for businesses across England and Northern Ireland.

Job Scope



Input and maintain client data in Excel databases, including company and personal details. Coordinate and schedule KYC / identity verification procedures, manage the client's invoice via email. Prepare and send company registration, KYC, and document update notifications. Manage incoming mail, handle name changes, and issue document alerts. Use Microsoft Outlook to track, notify, and follow up on irregular or returned letters. Escalate KYC or documentation irregularities to supervisors in a timely manner. Support internal recordkeeping, compliance, and operational documentation.

Job Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, or related field. Experience in KYC, client onboarding, compliance, or company secretarial support is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail with good organizational and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to speak Cantonese and read/write Chinese. Able to handle confidential client data with professionalism and integrity. Experience in professional services, accounting firms, or corporate services is an advantage.
