Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for reviewing customer-submitted documents to ensure they meet the required standards.
Verify that the information provided by customers fulfills the requirements for account opening applications and related processes.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in KYC operations.
English proficiency at B2 level or above; additional language skills are an advantage.
Customer-facing experience is a plus.
Able to communicate and write fluently in Chinese, English, and Malay.
Able to independently organise and complete work tasks.
Strong teamwork, communication skills, and sense of responsibility.
Diploma or Degree holder is preferred.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
