Job Summary
Manage and implement sovereign cloud initiatives across infrastructure, governance, compliance, and
cloud application orchestration. Acts as the coordination point among internal technical teams, vendors,
and regulators.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
? Oversee execution of cloud governance, program coordination, and risk management.
? Ensure compliance with Malaysian data protection laws, security standards, and international
certifications.
? Monitor cloud infrastructure performance--network, compute, storage--across data centres.
? Collaborate with legal, policy, and cybersecurity teams on sovereignty frameworks.
? Coordinate DevOps CI/CD pipelines, application integration, and system reliability.
? Engage vendors, consultants, and cloud service providers on technical and compliance deliverables.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
? Degree in IT, Cloud Computing, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent.
? 5+ years of experience in cloud, infrastructure, or regulatory technology.
? Knowledge of cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), data centre operations, or compliance
frameworks.
? Certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, or ITIL preferred.
? Strong stakeholder management and report-writing
skills.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
