Job Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, lighting, etc.).
2. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, breakdowns, and emergency repairs.
3. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, or structural issues within the building and its equipment.
4. Monitor and maintain facility utilities such as air-conditioning, water supply, drainage, and power systems.
5. Support renovation, installation, and improvement projects as assigned.
6. Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory in good condition.
7. Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, environmental, and building regulations, as well as the RBA Code of Conduct.
8. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for specialized maintenance work.
9. Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation of repair activities.
10. Assist in facility inspections and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
11. Perform other tasks as assigned on a temporary basis.
Job Qualification:
1. Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field/ experience.
2. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in facility or building maintenance.
3. Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
4. Familiarity with the RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) Code of Conduct and workplace safety standards.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and maintenance manuals.
6. Hands-on skills in using tools and measuring instruments.
7. Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping.
8. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork spirit.
9. Preferably able to communicate in Chinese (spoken and written).
