Develop and enhance food safety, safety, and quality management systems across multiple countries.
o
Manage food safety risks across Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, etc.
o
Conduct inspections to control raw material and product safety and compliance risks.
o
Monitor food safety regulations across different countries and deliver training, assessments, and corrective action follow-up.
o
Perform regional supplier and raw material risk assessments, providing risk lists and improvement plans.
o
Participate in major food safety or quality incident investigations and coordinate third-party evaluations when needed.
o
Conduct internal factory audits and supplier audits across different countries.
o
Analyze food safety, safety performance, and customer complaint data from various regions, identify key issues, and drive corrective actions.
o
Handle ad-hoc food safety related tasks, including urgent issues, special projects, and management requests.
Job Requirements:
o
Background in Food Science, Food Engineering, Biology, or Quality Management.
o
Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior food safety role, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
o
Strong understanding of international food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)
o
Experience in cross-country supplier management or multi-region audits is highly preferred.
o
Fluent in both Chinese and English for daily communication and reporting.
o
Strong analytical skills, risk assessment capability, and effective communication skills.
o
Ability to manage ad-hoc tasks, respond to urgent issues, and collaborate across departments.
o
Willingness to collaborate across countries and travel when required.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
