Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

oTeam leadership, leading his own marketing team. Also develop the marketing and design team to deliver high-quality work aligned with brand goals.

oCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and operations to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment.

Monitoring Sales Performance & Data Analysis

oStay informed on the latest marketing trends, tools, and platforms to ensure ongoing innovation and relevance.

oPrepare and present regular performance reports and data analysis with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

oTo monitor sales data and performance.

Market Research & Performance Analysis

oConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and customer behavior insights.

oUse data and analytics to inform strategy, measure campaign effectiveness, and adjust marketing tactics accordingly.

Social Media & Digital Presence

oManage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, YouTube, and others.

oCreate and execute a cohesive social media strategy to boost engagement, reach, and brand visibility.

oMonitor social media trends and performance metrics to optimize content and strategy.

Branding Strategy & Management

oDevelop and implement comprehensive branding strategies aligned with company values and long-term business goals.

oMaintain and evolve the company's brand identity across all channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints.

oEnsure brand consistency across all communications, campaigns, and marketing assets.

Campaigns, Promotions & Public Relations

oPlan and execute public relations strategies and promotional campaigns for key events such as product launches, exhibitions, and brand activations.

oCoordinate with media outlets, influencers, vendors, and agencies to maximize campaign reach and effectiveness.

oEnsure all marketing communications reinforce brand positioning and corporate values.

Budget & Resource Management

oDevelop, manage, and track marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.

oAllocate budgets effectively across branding, digital marketing, promotions, and content creation to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

oBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

oMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or advertising, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

oProven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and paid advertising campaigns.

oStrong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, SEM, SEO, display ads, influencer marketing, etc.

oSolid experience with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

oExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

oCreative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

oAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

oFluent in Mandarin and English.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
