Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work with project and engineering teams to plan what materials and equipment are needed for the project. Find suitable suppliers and get quotes for materials, equipment, and services. o Compare offers, negotiate prices, and select the best suppliers based on cost, quality, and delivery time. Prepare purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Keep track of delivery schedules and resolve any delays or issues with suppliers. o Make sure all purchases follow company rules and project requirements.

Keep proper records of orders, contracts, and supplier communications. Monitor procurement costs and help stay within the project budget. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and quality teams for receiving and checking materials. Provide regular updates to the project team on procurement status. Completion of other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. o 3-6 years of procurement experience in the chemical, petrochemical, or manufacturing sector. Knowledge of chemical process equipment, piping, instrumentation, and related standards. Familiarity with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project workflows is a plus, a PMP certificate is preferred. Understanding of the chemical, lithium, metallurgy, and marine oil industries, as
well as other related industries, and the ability to manage the upstream and downstream supply chains.

Proactive with a strong sense of responsibility and self-restraint. Able to work independently and withstand pressure. Enthusiastic and cooperative. Spirit.

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
