As an Onsite Support Engineer L1 / L1.5 , you will be working closely with our technical support team to resolve issues related to software, hardware, and network systems. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and customer service

Educations:
Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred, but not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues
Diagnose construction or machinery problems
Resolve malfunctions or other crises when they arise
Oversee repairs and technical improvements
Inspect and test material and machinery for safety
Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
Supervise and direct onsite crew
Install new systems and technology
Draft and submit reports
Test equipment to ensure meets safety regulations
Providing remote/onsite assistance for IT Hardware & Software support services such as
installation, configuration, maintenance & performing troubleshooting, etc.
Fix the hardware & software issues by replacing the malfunctioning parts
Oversee repairs and advise technical improvements
Inspect, test & inventory management of the various hardware spares parts
Ensure proper maintenance of onsite equipment
Physical audit of various OEM model hardware's at client data centers
Draft and submit reports
Communicate with clients to determine needs and explain complex issues
All IT hardware & software works not only limited to the above responsibilities
Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time for the benefit of the Employer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
