Open Position: L1/L2 IT Support Engineer (Service Provider Industry)
A reputable Service Provider Industry is currently hiring L1/L2 IT Support Engineer to join the Voice & Telephony Team in the Selangor office.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide global L1/L2 technical support covering Software, Networking (Cisco and others), Servers and etc
Proactively using IT monitoring tools for pro-active monitoring, prevention and troubleshooting issues
Perform troubleshooting on issues/incidents reported with the customers as the first escalation point of contact
Manage the requests/incident tickets with internal and external stakeholders as per the ITIL service management framework
Having professional certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, MCSA and etc would be added advantage
Able to work under pressure while coordinating multiple tasks and ticket requests/incidents
Good interpersonal and communication skills, including written and presentation skills
