We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Level 2 Application Support Specialists. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our in-house cloud-based management systems and delivering excellent service to our global clients. You will leverage your technical expertise and application knowledge to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve escalated issues, while working closely with developers, vendors, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide timely Level 2 support for escalated application issues from the Level 1 Customer Service team.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues through remote diagnosis, database queries, simulation tests, and collaboration with vendors or Level 3 support.
Maintain and update the Knowledge Base with new learnings to improve incident response and educate Level 1 teams.
Monitor application usage patterns, identify abnormal behaviors, and take proactive measures to prevent issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and recommend long-term solutions.
Perform light scripting, database queries, and minor configuration work as needed.
Document and hand over daily tasks to subsequent shifts to ensure continuity.
Collect user feedback and propose product or process improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken, written, and typing).
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, or other scripting languages is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic SQL queries is an advantage.
Prior experience in application support or similar roles is an advantage.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
