Job Description

Monroe Consulting Agency is working with the top global lens manufacturing company to hire an L2 Security Engineer to be placed in their IT security team. The purpose of this role is to provide escalated support and resolution for complex IT Security incidents that cannot be resolved at the L1 level, focusing on authentication and certificate management related topics and enable and support escalation path to L3.
Job Responsibilities

L2 incident management in IT Security area
Enable and support escalation path to L3
Troubleshoot and resolve authentication or certificate management related topics.
Support release activities together with our stakeholders.
Close collaboration with Service Desk to maintain and improve processes.
Continuously maintain digital workplace knowledge base for IT staff and end users.
Actively participate in projects where L2 insights are needed.
Suggest and implement small scale automations to improve

Job Requirements

2-3 years experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services & Certificate Management
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory and Active Directory Federation Services
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Certificate Authorities
Strong knowledge of Certificate Management with external validated CA like VeriSign
Good knowledge of LAPS
Good knowledge of PowerShell Scripting
