Preferably with at least 3-years working experience in relevant field. To administer, configure, and support for infrastructure system consist of o Microsoft Exchange Online o Microsoft O365 such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform o Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager) o Microsoft Azure AD and Windows 365 (Azure Virtual Desktop) o Azure AD Conditional Access o Azure AD App Proxy, Enterprise Application and Azure App Registration
Provide L2 and L3 support to related incidents/service request. Diagnose problems and troubleshooting customer issues. Administer, manage, and configure Azure AD and other Azure AD user and admin roles.
Manage Office 365 Cloud tenant along with Azure AD identities or accounts. Problems related to Spam, Phishing, Connector, Rules and end-user related email and client issues.
Perform O365 & Azure services hardening based on security best practices and requirements. Monitor performance and maintain systems according to company requirements.
Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Upgrade systems, clients and software with new update patch releases and models. Expected to work during off-peak hours on system activities (E.g., patching, upgrade, implementation support). Troubleshoot issues and outages and manage SLA\xe2\x80\x99s.
Build an internal technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies. Good knowledge and experience in automation using scripts.
Good to have knowledge and experience in Azure Automation & Graph API
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Strong and effective communicator, with working proficiency in English and Cantonese to liaise with Cantonese speaking customers. At least 3 year(s) of Working experience in the related IT Infra or cloud field is required for this position
IT Certification (E.g., MCITP, MCSE, VCP, SCSP, NCDA, ITIL) added advantage. Career advancement and dynamic working environment for successful Candidate.
Knowledge in IT Service Management Tools such as ServiceNow and ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
