Job Title: Junior L3 Support - Silverlake Deposits

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Application Maintenance/Production Support Engineer (L3) to support and maintain the Silverlake Deposits platform. The role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and deployment automation on AS400/DB2, using RPG programming. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in L3 support, DevOps, and ALDON for software deployment automation.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L3 support for Silverlake Deposits, ensuring system stability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to CASA and Time Deposits.
• Perform system maintenance, enhancements, and fixes using RPG on AS400.
• Manage deployments and automation using ALDON and DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and improvements.
• Ensure adherence to banking compliance and security policies.

Requirements:
Must-Have:

• 3-5 years of experience in Application Support/Production Support (L3).
• Strong knowledge of RPG programming on AS400.
• Experience with DB2 databases on AS400.
• Hands-on experience in DevOps and ALDON for software deployment automation.
• Familiarity with Silverlake Deposits, CASA, and Time Deposits.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and system monitoring.
• Understanding of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
• Exposure to automation and performance optimization techniques.
