We are seeking a highly skilled and driven Technical Manager with a positive and professional attitude to join our team. You will be leading the technical team while working closely with the solution/design team in the design, implementation and maintenance of the system provided by the organization. The candidate shall possess excellent presentation, teamwork, and problem-solving while providing support and guidance to the project team. The ability to translate technical requirements and present them clearly to the C-suite will be a bonus. Possess one or more of the following pre-sales/technical skillsets: PSIM monitoring platform (e.g. Genetec, Milestones, Prysm) BMS systems (e.g. Bosch, Dakin, Mitsubishi) VMS and ACMS systems Large display system Audio, video, and lighting system IT network architecture KVM Responsibilities: Provide coaching, leadership, and management to the technical team. Overseeing and coordinating in the delivery and maintenance of the conceptualize design to meet the needs of respective projects. Manage resources to support the project requirements in development, implementation, and maintenance. Ability to guide the team in resolving, technical challenges in configuring/ maintaining PSIM, VMS, ACMS and Audio Video related products/solutions. To drive technical innovations including continuous improvement and development. Stay updated with the latest technologies, IT trends, and industry standards. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to recommend suitable equipment and solutions alternative for specific projects. Create comprehensive technical documentation, user manuals and installation guides as part of presales, project, and maintenance documentation, including system designs, equipment specifications, and as built documentation. Requirements: Diploma/bachelor\'s degree in electrical/mechanical/computer engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience of 3-5 years in presales and 3-5 years in implementation in a system integration environment. Experience with software development frameworks and tools.
