Tasks and duties

Ensuring on-time product or project delivery through effective production planning and operations. Identifying and solving production issues such as material shortages, machine malfunctions, and other manufacturing problems. Supervising company personnel to ensure that production plans are executed. Hiring, training, and evaluating company workers. Conducting production reviews, analyzing relevant data, and developing improvement plans. Ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet government standards. Tested wood for moisture and strength. Helped prepare and clean lab tools. Made sure tests followed standards. Helped with product samples.

Job Requirement

Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related disciplines Preferable 2 years of working experience, preferably in manufacturing environment Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively with support groups & others departments Good capability in communicating English & Bahasa Malaysia Ability to optimize resources given to achieve targets Background with basic Quality Control is advantance.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
