Responsible in all quality assurance and quality control activities carried out as per approved procedures and properly recorded
Responsible to ensure that finished product is correctly processed and inspected, reviewed and verified. (Crusher, Mixer and Dryer Records)
Assist to analyse and monitor every samples: New sample, incoming product and finished product. (Bomb Calorimeter and Moisture Analyzer)
Assist the facility to carry out sampling and testing of all new samples, incoming and outgoing materials
To carry out the sampling based on the sampling plan as prepared by the Executive
To carry out the necessary sampling on the outgoing material to ensure that the product is always in the said requirement of the factory
Assist in maintaining the operating conditions of laboratory equipment, perform calibration and review laboratory needs and planning
