implementation within the laboratory.

Coordinates and manages

the laboratory's service scope activities and programs within the facility.

Oversees the safety and security

of laboratory operations and ensures up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety protocols and procedures.

Leads and manages manpower

effectively, fostering a positive team environment while ensuring smooth and efficient laboratory operations.

Provides advice, guidance, and direction

on operational matters in alignment with applicable regulatory requirements and guidelines.

Supervises inventory management

, including the selection, procurement, storage, and allocation of laboratory equipment, supplies, and analytical tools.

Manages financial activities and reporting

related to laboratory operations, and assists in the preparation of annual budget estimates.

Supports the Senior Laboratory Manager

in monitoring and managing the laboratory's daily operational activities.

Additional requirement:

Must be a registered member of

IKM

and/or

FOSIM

. Possess experience serving as an

approved signatory

in the service laboratory sector. Have attended relevant training in the following areas:

Proficient in operating and managing
