Requirements

• Diploma or in a relevant scientific or technical field, such as chemical, biological, or environmental sciences
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably in the palm oil or related industry
• Proficient in the use of laboratory equipment, instrumentation, and analytical techniques
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to evaluate the quality and characteristics of our palm products
• Operating and maintaining laboratory equipment to guarantee precise and dependable outcomes
• Documenting and recording test data and observations in accordance with established protocols
• Supporting the creation and execution of novel testing methodologies and procedures
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any quality or compliance concerns
• Complying with all pertinent health, safety, and environmental standards
