Quality Control
Ensure the incoming inspection is performed based on a quality plan and result deliveries are completed in timely manner.
Report immediately to the QC Chemist and QC supervisor on non-conformances, anomalies and dispute and other related matters.
Ensure smooth operation during the working hours of the laboratory without major disruption.
Ensure zero violation in lab operation.
Ensure all the monitoring records and verification records are updated.
Ensure all tests carried out are compliance to testing methods.
Ensure all lab equipment are well-maintained to produce reliable results and no overdue in calibration and preventive maintenance.
Involve actively in interlaboratory proficiency program.
Ensure that all quality and technical operations are in full compliance with EHSQ and Food Safety management systems and other compliance obligations.
Shall adhere to all company\'s policies, rules and regulations and committed to the company\'s quality and continuous improvement programs such as MS ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, RSPO, BRC, EMS.
Effluent Treatment Plant
To assist the superior to ensure the smooth running of Effluent Treatment Plant.
To take, monitor & record process condition in logbook & log sheet as per required time & submit to supervisor at end of the shift.
To ensure final discharge water from the effluent treatment plant is within authority limit or other required specification.
To communicate and get information from production if observe any abnormal incoming effluent.
To carry out analysis on the influent & effluent sample.
To manage non-scheduled waste & scheduled waste as per regulation requirement.
To prepare chemical for plant operation and monitor chemical inventory.
Adhere to all company policies, rules and regulations and committed to company\'s quality and continuous improvement programs such as ISO 14001 & EHS Standards.
Job Requirements
At least SPM or equivalent or 2 years relevant working experience.
Computerized business operating system and in PC Software such as Microsoft Office.
Fresh Diploma graduates are encouraged to apply.
ISO/HACCP or relevant Food Safety knowledge.
SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
Theoretical knowledge of analytical techniques.
Practical analytical experience in related field will be an advantage.
Laboratory instrumentation skills and techniques.
Equipment troubleshooting knowledge.
Hazardous chemical handling knowledge.
Basic communication skills for both verbal and written in English.
Highly developed and effective time management capability.
