Responsible (Reliability Test) Responsible for reliability testing support with loading and unloading of integrated circuit devices onto biased boards and chambers activities. Ensure to meet cycle time and zero quality issue. Ability to differentiate package types and load boards/tools to use for stress execution. Bench testing and debugging of reliability test circuits / boards verification. Operation of measurement equipment such as curve tracer, oscilloscope and multimeters for supporting in-house calibration activities. Know-how in reliability stress testing eg. Environmental, Electrical / Functional, and acoustics stress testing. Reliability engineering support responsibilities may be assigned on an as needed basis. Understand machine working mechanism and able to perform PM CAL activities. Requirements: Diploma in Electronics or equivalent vocational certification. Minimum 1 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of working experience in semiconductor industry (Reliability lab experience preferred). Fresh college graduates are encourage to apply. Good communication (written and verbal). Good in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and similar desktop computing applications. Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang 6 months renewable contract base on performance. Willing to perform OT/Shift .
