Perform electrical validation and fault isolation using analytical tools such as Parametric Analyzer (I/V analysis), Keithley meter, iTDR, EOTPR, CTMB/ SBTS, micro-probing, SEM/EDX, IRLC etc.
Perform CSAM (C-mode Scanning Acoustic Microscopy) to detect defect.
Perform X-ray imaging inspection on failure sample to detect package defect.
Using sample preparation/ material analysis tools such as Auto lid shear, Mechanical Polisher, Micro Abrasion, Chemical Etching, HAAS, X-prep, SEM/EDX, FTIR, FIB, IRLC etc. to reveal the defect or failure.
Perform dimension measurement task and visual inspection using Microscope.
Able to complete Failure analysis task and reported out FA results on time.
Positive attitude, discipline and be able to work in stressful and highly competitive environment.
Requirement
Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Physics or other relevant field.
